As a former Dancer and Choreographer with a passion for fitness Karen has travelled internationally choreographing and teaching dance. After moving to LA three years ago she discovered Barre and fell in love with it!
Karen subsequently went on to study and train in Los Angeles and is now bringing Barre to Medway!
Barre is a combination of Pilates and Yoga with balletic movements creating a fun fitness class for all abilities.
Using small, isometric movements and sweat-inducing repetitions you don't have to have any dance experience for this fun, full body workout.
Barre improves your range of motion, endurance and posture whilst aiding flexibility and core strength creating strong, lean muscles.
